Yankee lineup card

Hi, i am not sure if this is the right place but i am a long time yankee fan (30
+ years) and i live in Australia. I am looking at trying to get a yankee gameday lineup card.

Does anyone know where to get one and what price am i likely to pay for it.
I missed out on going to see the old stadium so ill treat myself to ease the pain. May get to go over next year i hope.
Great win again for the yankees this year, lets hope for a repeat or even a 3peat.

p.s. is it relatively easy to get tickets to regular season games at yankee stadium or do i need to book a year in advance-- i need good seats if i am to come all that way.

I don't know about now that they've won the WS. But this season I was able to get behind 1st base with no problem the day of the game (middle of the week). I like to use Stub Hub. Get better seats cheaper.
