Team, era, location?

Late 60s. Really hard to identify the team without a local distributor tag.
Cool jersey...the vertical sleeve numbers are sweet!

Check that. The Russell "Southern" may be early 60s.

Thanks for the era info, BTPH. The one small tag in the photo is the only tagging, unfortunately.
