Is this Mark Jackson game used?

As with the George Brett,a very good friend of mine has shown me a Mark Jackson Knicks jersey. The story behind this jersey is that it is consigned to my friend to see if he wants it, but as the owner is not a collector ,he only related the story that Mark donated his jersey to a Sept 11 benefit in Manhattan and the present owner obtained it from there.

could be, though was there any reason given why there is no memorial patch ribbion on the right shoulder?

I looked through some photos and did noticed this photo. There was no mention because the guy(s) has no idea its suppose to be on it. With the season starting in October did they wear the patch the whole season?


If Jackson came to the charity event and gave the jersey is there any way he could have used it without the patch?-preseason?
