I've been searching for David West's Met jacket since I first saw it at the Mets Clubhouse shop in the early 90's. Went back the next day and it was gone. Last year I saw it on e-bay and fell off my chair. Got it for $75.

with the preoccupation of value on most threads, we are going for the favored item with low cost (under $100). mine cost me around $40.

To most, this is a piece of junk. To a Cubs fan, it's arguably one of the more iconic pieces of "game used" memorabilia a collector could own. Picked this up at a Kerry Wood fundraiser a few years back for just $50. Woody personally took it off his head a few hours before the event started.
