Did you order your pinback book straight from the Great Oaks Press website? I paypal'd them on May 30th and never got a confirmation notice from them at all so I emailed and asked for confirmation of my order and never got any response. I looked up the Great Oaks Press domain and found that it is owned by Paul Muchinsky and I emailed him and still no response.

I'm wondering when/if you ordered from the website if they ever confirmed your order and how long it took to get it?

I did order straight from the site. I don't remember getting confirmation either. You will get your book.

Got an email from Paul today to let me know that he left for a 30 day vacation on the same day I ordered the book and he was unable to check email until now so I'll get it in July.
