Thank you for the lead. It is much appreciated. This GUU Forum is great in assisting neophytes like me get leads. Otherwise, I would be stumbling around in the dark on a hit-or-miss effort trying to figure out things for myself.

Collector interested in original 1961-1987 Hawaii Islander uniforms, dugout jackets, mesh batting practice tops, uncracked Islander imprinted bats, and other unusual Hawaii memorabilia, including team issued photographs of players in Islander uniforms. I am not interested in throwback or repro items.

Please contact zeenuts@hawaii.rr.com if you have anything available or know of existing items. So far I have seen 1976-77 baby blue pin stripe uniforms, 1978 pin stripe uniform which was a slight variation of 76-77 version, and 1986-87 red/bright yellow uniforms. I have also seen red/bright yellow "Hawaii" player jacket and believe that red/bright yellow "Islanders" jacket also exists.
