displaying bases, rubbers, home plates
looking for some suggestions on how to best display game used baseball bases, pitching rubbers and home plates. does anyone also know where they sell cases for these, if they exist? thanks.

Caseworks has some really nice wood/plexi wall frames for bases.
If you are talking full-size pitching rubbers and homeplates, call Steiner Sports as they have made displays for them.

Here is a picture of a MLB game used pitching rubber. I think they make them so they "could" be used on all 4 flat sides of the pitching rubber.

I know all teams have their own way of doing things, but I know the Detroit Tigers use only 1 pitching rubber for the entire season, so I would assume they flip it and use all 4 sides. The Tigers also only use 1 home plate per season(I own the Comerica Park home plate from 2009) unlike teams like the Yankees and Red Sox that only use a home plate for a series or two.

I have bought a bunch of cases from Homeplate Heroes and they do a great job including custom cases for items like catcher's gear, etc. It may be worth giving them a call.
