I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my father 17 years ago tomorrow. I was 13 and it was tough. The memories will always live on. My thoughts and prayers to you and yours.
Sorry for your loss. I have alwyas enjoyed sharing my collection with my father and can't imagine what you're going through. My prayers are with you and your family.
My heart felt sympathy goes out to you and your family. Today is the actual anniversary date of my dad’s death. As I wrote earlier in the “Dads Sports Stories” thread, he greatly influenced who I am today and was greatly responsible for my love of baseball and the Red Sox. I miss him everyday, but am thankful for all of the warm wonderful memories he gave to me and that I am able to pass on to my kids.
Roger, you stated your dad was your best friend. Take solace in that you were able to have that kind of relationship with him. It actually makes it sting worse right know, but based on what you wrote, I imagine your dad’s presence will be in your heart for ever and ever. Again, you’re in my thoughts and prayers.
First, I want to take a moment to say Thanks to all who have express their condolences. Me, and my family greatly appreciate all of them. Even though I don't know you all personally. I feel like we all are like a big of a family. I do consider all of you my freinds. Thanks so much. I'll remember it always..Peace, and be well. Roger Ward
