I have two game used Expos jerseys from their final season a home and road one. Looking at them and was wondering why is the road jersey 100% nylon and the home jerseys are 100% polyester? Why did the Expos never wear Majestic jerseys?

Re: A few question on the Pxpos jerseys
I've seen a handful of the 100% nylon jerseys, too, although they were more common with Russell BPs. Majestic didn't get part of the MLB game jersey contract until 2000, when three companies split the pie. Russell kept 15 teams, while Rawlings had 8 ballclubs and Majestic had 7. After 2002, Rawlings was no longer involved in MLB uniform supplying, and Majestic took their teams. Majestic got all of the MLB work starting in 2005, but, by then, the Expos had moved to DC and become the Nationals.

Re: A few question on the Pxpos jerseys
My Expos road jersey is te heavest shirt I have ever put on and it could not have been comfortable to wear yet it's, IMO, the nicest jersey of this time. It is just so unique, nothing like the rest of the MLB jerseys.Comment

Re: A few question on the Pxpos jerseys
Orioles home and road (but not alternate) jerseys were 100% Nylon in 1996.Mark
