Question on Sheffield Bat

Found a Sheffield bat on Ebay and noticed some things that just don't seem right. First, the number they say is on the hologram does not exist. Two, the bat is described as being used from 2009 yet, on one picture on the top of the bat there looks to be a "3" on it which means it would of have to been from his Tigers days. Your thoughts?

The SAM bat is even worse from this seller
It's dated June of 08. Every 09 pic I've seen

Thanks for noticing not a huge Gore fan more of a Wilder fan, so is the bat actually game used? This concerns me slightly more since I have bought a few things from them before.

I have the hand written lyrics to Personal Jesus from Martin. Fav album is SOFAD. When Alan left the band the music went to hell.

Here is a pic of the bat, I mean how stupid can you be. It's unintentional or he wouldn't have listed the bat with this pic. Most of the stuff I see from him is fine. I just don't like these bats.

The one thing I got I'm not hot on. They are game used batting gloves, and they sent me two different gloves for the same hand. The one looks good and can style match it, the other I can't.

I know the seller and I can assure the bat is very real.

As for the time period of when this bat was used for obvious reasons most likely when he was with the Tgers and probably an uninitentional mistake the way it was listed by the seller.
