Lot # 824. Barry Bonds 1993 G/U batting helmet. What is wrong with the helmet and description. I can think of a few, to say the least. I called them yesterday, pointed out the problem, and never did anything about this. Different name, same results.

Easy in 1993 they used dyno tape instead of the label maker tape on the back of the helmet.

They used that a few years back. But that isn't the reason why the helmet is wrong. PLUS the helmet doesn't have a scratch, but there is something that stands out, why it could not have been used in '93.

I have a 1993 Bonds Game used batting helmet. The wrong tape is used for Bonds name on back. The helmet should have the mlb logo on back under name as well as abc helmet. The helmet is not an authentic Bonds helmet. I don't know what else is a red flag to you.

Check the Giants SF on a 1993 cap or helmet. They used them from '83-'93. Check the SF on a '94 helmet or cap, same one's they've used from '94-now.
This helmet that is dated 1993, has the CURRENT SF on the front.

In other words, they have, maybe a 1994 helmet, without scratches, at the earliest date, and stating that it is a 1993 helmet. And they call them experts! LOL!!!
