Photomatched Church Jersey?

I hope to soon get better pictures of the Church jersey and look around for more pictures of him wearing it, but wanted other opinions if this jersey is the same pictured. I think it could be the same jersey, but I'm not sold on it.

The nameplate may have something, but if I can get the jersey "in hand" it would make it much easier for me.
