Hey Guys, I'm a game used baseball guy.. so I know nothing about this jersey, and was wondering if you could give me some info on it.

My brother was given this jersey when he worked with Billy Bryan about 15yrs ago. Neither of us were collectors then, but both thought it was pretty cool. I had forgotten about it until recently, and just took pictures of it tonight.

It shows no use, but I was just wondering what year it was from, if it was a practice or game jersey, or any additional info would be great. Thanks again, and sorry for the pictures, they came off my phone so the colors and resolution are pretty bad. I think the tag said something like +3"
