Has An Auction House Ever Not Shipped Your Item Won ?

Have you ever won a game used item or something from one of these major auction houses, paid for the item but the auction house refuses to ship the item ?

I was wondering if this has happened to anyone before.

I have had this happen over time with a few auction houses. Each time they were able to check and find the item still at their warehouse. I am always worried for the time one comes up missing and is unable to be found.

On the other hand, I had one jersey that I won on MLB auctions that I never received. With as bad of customer service as they have, the best answers I have received is that they will check with the team and get back with me -- never hear back. I have contacted the Tigers directly and tried to get help from Marc, but nobody is able to come up with any shipping records, the jersey, or other answers.

Always pay with a credit card that way if you don't get the item you have purchase protection.
