Re: Strasburg Mania reaches towards insanity
$455 on a signed ball during a minor league game in April? Why?
I gave Andrew Lang (FOR FREE) a signed ball with holo dating to his 1st appearance at Nats Park last year after he finally signed. It also had a small faint coffee stain compliments of Stan Kasten's nervous hands.
ps - Can I get that ball back? j/k

Re: Strasburg Mania reaches towards insanity
These Strasburg prices will be going nuts. The best deal are the game used dirt pieces as the game used balls are $500+

Re: Strasburg Mania reaches towards insanity
According to Fox Sports, a ball and Strasburg's cap from his debut are being sent to Cooperstown.

Re: Strasburg Mania reaches towards insanity
Now what happens if Strasburg starts to get lit up in his next couple of starts, does his prices start to drop or still go up. I don't know why anyone would pay $5000+ just for a game used ball of a modern player, you could buy a Ruth/Gehrig ball. I think the only way any of these prices hold near what their certain prices are, is if he breaks Cy Youngs most career wins and Nolans most career strikeouts.
