INAUGURAL GAME BUMP: 50 years ago today the Angels won their first-ever MLB game, defeating the Orioles 7-2. Eli Grba pitched a six-hit complete game to defeat Milt Pappas. Ted Kluszewski notched two historical firsts for the Halos: 1st ever Angels HR (off Pappas) and first Angel ever to slug 2 homers in one game (second one was off John Papa).
