Does anyone have an idea about the helmet and autograph?
I cant find anything on it

That's a Portland Forest Dragon helmet. They were part of the Arena Football League and played 1996-1999. I have no idea who the sig is though. There was a Steve Robinson that played on the team. That's my best guess.
