Odd Rawlings tag on legit jersey

Ebay item 360282597173 has no authenticity problems (it's a Ball Park Heroes item, a seller among the best in the game used business). What is interesting is the collar Rawlings tag. This label, similar in design to the Rawlings label on many of their fielding gloves, made sporadic appearances on items Rawlings issued the first season of their 5-yeard deal with MLB.
If anyone can link, I'd welcome it.
