        The best part is that it is priced at $749,999.95 and not $750,000. The psychological effect may work when it is the difference between $99.95 versus $100, but I doubt it is going to do much good here.

              I emailed the seller about the price he has listed it for and this was his response.

              actually had some experts say it could in fact perhaps garner even more
