The best part is that it is priced at $749,999.95 and not $750,000. The psychological effect may work when it is the difference between $99.95 versus $100, but I doubt it is going to do much good here.

Oh sh**, I didn't realize it was nearly 3/4 of a million dollars when the price was 749,999.95.

I emailed the seller about the price he has listed it for and this was his response.
