Here's one for the experts...It's a Bill Mueller 2005 road jersey. The seller kept lowering the Buy it Now price. Any thoughts?

I was tempted to buy it but didn't know the seller and asked him/her for more pics but was told their camera wasn't working any longer. The price seemed too good to be true!
