Re: Show Off Your Newly Renovated Memorabilia Rooms

I should clarify the naked part, I'm wearing clothes and the jerseys are uncovered. Yeah I was worried about dust but I'm in a cement bunker with no windows and dust seems to stay away. After my bulldog peed twice on the man room couch she also stats away

Here's the new Bear Den. We recently bought a new house, so this was an opportunity to take things up a notch. I still have another smaller area that isn't pictured that we're still mulling over what to do with. I have a feeling that, at some point, it will become a little bar area. BearDown!

"Tyrcha," Nicely done! I'm assuming you've LED lights in the cases or similar not to burn the jerseys and other items? I had a signed football in my office to close to the fluorescent lights and it lightened it.

What game worn Bears helmets do you have?

    Thanks, Tom

    What a fantastic Bears den.
And you know it's a "Man Cave" when the toilet seat is left up!
Seriously, congrats on the terrific collection and display.

That's incredible! I love the display! I have a little like 14 by 14 office that I was able to decorate even though I share it with my wife... I think your bear den is the size of my house... wow

Thanks guys it's been a labor of love. Just really excited to have it up and running.

As to LED lights, yes they are. The cases were made to be retail display cases, so that was part of the consideration.

I only have two Bears helmets that were gamers. A 1977 Allan Ellis pro bowl helmet and Bob Avellini's helmet. Bears helmets have been really far and inbetween for me to find. The search continues. 😋

There is a Chicago Bears helmet that just came on Ebay. It is a 2 bar 1974 ??? Style suspension helmet with the number #27 inside it. It is worth looking at IF it is a game helmet. SEARCH: Vintage Chicago Bears suspension helmet.
