I believe the bidders were willing to pay that price, so yes, it was fair to the high bidder if they were willing to bid that price.

If you notice JTNBAFAN does not lose ANY auction when he (or she ) bids on NBA Auctions. Must be nice to have that much cash to collect what you love.
