    Look at this scam!

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Game-Used-Mets-M...QQcmdZViewItem

This jersey was on ebay just a few months ago and was from a seller that has been questioned before. This is obviously a blank that was customized after the fact (look at the two cuts in the size tag). Plus I believe the original seller as much as admitted this fact to some on this board. This is the danger of this practice as now this is passed off as game used when clearly it is not. I have a Hartel catalog somewhere that I'll have to dig up that showed Hampton wore size 46 in 2000 I believe. Any other thoughts?

I owned a 2000 Hampton pinstripe like this one with a correct size 46. Size 42 is not the correct size. This looks like it was part of those incorrectly size 2000 met game jerseys on ebay we all saw over the last few months.

Hello All, Hampton did not wear size 42 in 2000, he wore size 46. This jersey was made up as a give away or for charity (Usually the charity jerseys are signed). The size tag is cut (common when jersey is given away). Stay away from this one.
