Will Clark Game Used Jersey on AMI

I'm new to the hobby and I would appreciate anyone's expertise on this. I have tried to photo match this one, but not much luck. Any thoughts?

I'm not comfortable on this one...the Rawlings tag is the 1990-91 version, on a supposed 1988 jersey. I'd avoid it, LOA or no LOA.

I would look for a Giants stamp and Dick Dobbins LOA. It seems like this jersey has neither. So buyer beware.
