i would like to contact him about my 1983 montana jersey
i was told that he is willing to authenticate 49ers game jerseys
is his name Chico Norton or bronco ?

Try checking the 49ers team website. Team websites generally have the names of all the team staff and you can find their mailing address their too in case you want to write him a letter.
