Steiner Sports Special Offer for Game Used Universe Members

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!! Given the past success of a program we ran earlier this year, Game Used Universe is now running another ‘Make an Offer’ sale in conjunction with Steiner Sports of New York.

Here is how the program works:

1. Beginning now through 8:00 pm PST on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2010, Game Used Universe members can submit a ‘Best Offer’ for any team partnership item on the Steiner Sports website located at http://www.steinersports.com or any team partnership item in the Steiner database.

2. The Steiner Sports’ team partnership inventory includes items from the following teams:
- New York Yankees
- Boston Red Sox
- Chicago Cubs
- Dallas Cowboys
- New York Rangers
- Notre Dame Fighting Irish
- Syracuse Orangemen
- Alabama Crimson Tide

3. Regarding the items in the Steiner database, Steiner has provided GUU a list of all the items that will be included in the program. GUU members may request a list of the items for teams they may be interested in and GUU will send them a list of those items.

4. Please note that the offer is NOT valid on non-Steiner authenticated items, Yankee Stadium and Meadowlands seats, and Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera autographed items.

5. Offers will be submitted to Steiner Sports immediately and Steiner will inform us of offers that are accepted or rejected as well as any counter offers. Counter offers will be subsequently presented to GUU members.

6. Please note that Steiner inventory is not allocated for this specific promotion and Steiner does not ‘Hold’ items for pending counter offers, etc. Therefore, it is suggested that GUU members make their best offer possible to increase the possibility of being accepted.

7. Regarding accepted offers, please note that all standard shipping and handling fees will apply when items are shipped.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM, ALL OFFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO sales@gameuseduniverse.com AND MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Member Name
2. GUU User ID
3. Member Shipping Address
4. Member Phone Number

Please note that if offers for the same amount on a specific item are submitted close to one another, the offer with the earliest email time stamp will be submitted to Steiner Sports for consideration. Also, once an offer is accepted, the item is sold and no subsequent offers will be considered. Therefore, it is suggested that you place offers of the highest amount you are willing to offer given other offers may also be submitted on items and once an offer is accepted the item is considered sold.

this would be a good sale for Yankees fans, especially for the Steinbrenner/Sheppard patches jerseys since it looks like Steiner just received a few from the postseason.
