Did anybody notice????

Yesterday I was watching the Eagles Colts game. It was the second quarter and the Colts had a second and 20. They picked up the first down but it was called back for a holding penalty. On the very next play the Colts had a second and 18. Nobody from the Eagles challeged it and the game kept going.

I rewinded a couple time to make sure I saw what I thought happened and it did. What did I miss?

The penalty was assessed 10 yards from the point of the infraction, not from the line of scrimmage.
