eBay "Ask A Question" method
I logged onto a couple of different eBay listings this evening and couldn't find anyway to ask the seller a question about the item. Am I missing something or has eBay changed the process by which you can do this?? Thanks, Dewey

Re: eBay "Ask A Question" method
That's what I was asking about. There used to be a prompt you could click down there to ask the seller a question if it it wasn't already answered. I don't see it in this listing for instance:

Re: eBay "Ask A Question" method
For some reason, among other terrible decisions lately, eBay has made it harder for customers to ask questions about an item. They made the button harder to find. They make the questioner jump through hoops to choose what their topic is.
Then the forum is now a pain in the rear to use.
Just terrible. They are trying to avoid sales off eBay, but they are hurting sales on eBay at the same time.

Re: eBay "Ask A Question" method
Joel, I agree although I wasn't bright enough to click on any of the "Select a Topic" prompts before posting my question.

If you click on the sellers name in a listing, you will see the ask a question option on the left,.
