Juan Bonilla Bat?

This eBay auction is for a game-used Juan Bonilla bat:

The bat has #13 on the knob. Bonilla wore #3 for the Padres and Orioles (1986), and Wikipedia lists him as wearing #57 for the Yankees in 1987. The Baseball Reference online guide does not list him wearing #13:

I recall watching Bonilla play for the AAA Columbus Clippers back in the day...could be a Minor League bat or simply a bat used by another player...
