1977 Yankees World Champs Pennant

I have an original pennant that I need some help with. It says 1977 Yankees World Champs on the right and has a team photo and roster names underneath the photo on the left side of the pennant. It is in great condition and has been in my family since I can remember. I honestly know nothing about pennants but I was wondering if someone could help me place a value on it? Is there a high desire for these types of items? I have tried researching it but I can't find this exact pennant anywhere. Thanks for the help.

depending on overall condition (pinholes, etc) you are probably looking at a retail value of $25-$40......

probably holds more of a sentimental value than a market value (not a huge demand-type item)
