No. Teagle had 2 stints with the Rockets. He began his career with Rockets, went to a couple of other teams, then ended in Houston. The jersey is correct. The eBay title is wrong.

Not commenting on the particular item but the year tag is when the jersey was made. They don't predate year tags. You can see jerseys worn in years after the year on the year tag but not before. In fact you see this alot.

So you are saying that a guy would never wear a jersey tagged 2002-2003 in say, 2000-2001?
