Man, that display is wicked! I'm hoping when I move into my new house to make a few lockers too but man, your display is HOF worthy. Did you build those or buy them? It looks really professional, I am mad jealous. At least I now have something to aspire to.
A couple of friends and I built them. It was so much easier than you would think. Send me an email when you get into your new place and I will tell you what we did.

For display purposes, I use 'my dolls' as my wife calls them...ha! The photo matches are in the frames next to the jerseys...the Mecklenburg is video matched.
This is how I keep the bats I have. I built this case and have another just like it that I need to finish. They each hold 5 bats. The jerseys I keep on mannequins for right now. I plan on having a few framed.
Mulligans, your office is nicer than most places I have lived (LOL)...great setup you have there! Wow, my office at work looked like a broom closet compared to that Taj Mahal.
Jake51, you simply have an awesome collection! Do you mind if I ask where you get the half mannequins? They are the way to display GU jerseys!
This was my humble setup in our guest room. Many of the signed helmets (full size Raiders, 2nd Steelers full size) have been sold and replaced with a game worn Raiders helmet and Steelers game worn cleats and gloves I have shown on other threads.
I get everything from a local place here in Denver but they do ship around the country. www.manne-king.com There is a guy there by the name of Joe who is a huge help.

I have a room where I placed slat wall on three of the four walls and covered the windows with the slat wall. Slat wall, of course, is what you find in stores to display their merchandise. Works great for memorabilia. I then bought jersey hangers from ultra mount to hang the uniforms, hat holders to display caps and helmets and plastic shelves for gloves, batting gloves, tickets, balls, etc. There are numerous companies that sell slat wall display items that you can use. I buy stuff from Robert Hamm. I then shut the door to the room, which allows it to stay dark while I am not in the room. I would not display any autograph in a room that receives a lot of light from outside or light fixtures. You can also buy great bat display racks that hold a lot of bats from Cooperstown Bat Co.
Man, now that is one sweet setup you have there. Simple and elegant. As the late, great Richard Pryor said in Brewster's Millions "Now this is a room I could die in!" I love it, and am not even a Bears fan!
Thanks for the compliment, I have a few more jerseys I'd like to get out, but I like the look so far. Your display looks nice as well, like the Steelers and Raiders items.
