I am unsure on the helmet as I don't like the crossouts and whatnot but the jersey comes with a loa from miedema who knows way more than me about ten times over so I am gonna trust the jersey. I'm sure he would be more than willing to answer any of your concerns of you got in touch with him.

I recall that jersey...one aspect that made me a believer was red underarm staining...the likely result of sweating heavily onto a red undershirt, which in turn stained the jersey fabric. That would be a very difficult and time-consuming aspect for a forger to replicate.
