"Unverified" eBay feedback??
Have you ever seen this before? Look at the high bidder ("chadzengcn")on this auction:

I've heard of "private" feedback, but not "unverified" - it's not like the bidder is new to eBay either.Always looking for top NBA game worn items of superstar and Hall-of-Fame-caliber players (especially Kobe, LeBron, MJ, Curry and Durant). Here's what it says on eBay:
An unverified member has registered on eBay but hasn't verified their identity with us yet. Unverified members may transact and leave feedback on eBay just like any other user. But feedback left by unverified members will not count in feedback scoreskylehess941@hotmail.com
