What does an authentic game issued Spaldin bats from b/w the 20's and 30's look like?
I have seen many vintage Spalding bats with Pro player's names or signatures on the barrell, but I am curious how to tell the autograph models from the actual pro models?

On the 20 and 30's bats, look for hand turned above the center logo

It doesn't say hand turned but it has the player's signature branded in the barrell, and on the centerbrand it has the standard spalding logo with Trade above "Spalding" and Mark below it. Around all of that it has the player's name in block letters around the top half of the oval logo and special on the bottom area of the oval. Is this a legit player issued bat? Or just a vintage auto model?
