Not a gamer.
Patch design is off, numeric and NOB fonts are slightly off, and I don't think the serafed numbers appeared on Goodman tags yet in 1980 (someone correct me if I am wrong on that). The only thing right is the size, as Garvey did take a 44 in that era.

emann's link to the Legendary Auctions Danny Ozark gamer also shows white trim around the back number and NOB, which the Garvey doesn't appear to have.
