Novice Bat question

I don't know anything about baseball bats, so I'd like your expertise on this particular bat. If I remember correctly, it was given out at an Orioles game in the early 1970's at the old Memorial stadium in Baltimore. That's all I can recall. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I think stadium give away makes sense.... However, it could possibly could be a store bought bat???

The Little League Approved marking makes me think of the store bought possibility.

My opinion: SGA bat.

The White Sox used to give out kid-sized bats in the 1970s, and they normally had the Little League notation on them, as well.
