Help Identifying An Old Bulls Jacket

A cute young girl walked into the store today with the jacket pictured below. She said it was worn by Keith Erickson. There is a faint #15 written inside the jacket:









Any input would be appreciated. I am believing the jacket was from a slightly later era, but who knows. Does anyone have access to player roosters from the early Bulls days who can help me identify the first few players who wore #15?

She wouldn't sell it to me for the $200.00 I offered, was I way to low? Give me an idea if you want I can always call her, which is why I posted pictures of her stuff.
