Steiner Customer Service: Who to Contact?

I am now experiencing my second less than ideal experiences with the Steiner MLB auction division, specifically their shipping department. In fact, this second issue is far from resolved (not responding to repeated calm, non-threatening questions about shipping status is not a way to hang on to long-term customers) and it has reached the point that I would now like to contact someone with clout above the heads of their shipping department. Anyone out there have a suggestion for who I should contact (together with contact details)? I live overseas, so would prefer to handle this by email.

don't know about auctions, but i'm proud to say i've only had positive experiences with steiner....my wallet hasn't, but i have.

Ive been a heavy advocate for Efrain since ive started collecting, any time ive had a problem it has been resolved by him.
