Is this jersey game used?

I have never purchased any game used items before but i am about to get this one. Can anyone tell me if it is indeed an authentic game used Andruw Jones jersey? I have included the pics i was given. I am not doubting the seller i just need to be educated a little more. Do i need to look at anything else on the jersey? Can anyone tell me what year this is from? Can anyone photo match it? I will pay if u can. Also i would like to remove the autograph because it is very light. Any suggestions on how or if i even should? Thanks for any help.
