Authentic Black MLB Baseballs Signed

I was wondering if anyone knows if they used the authentic black mlb baseballs in any game's this year? Also if anyone has any signed like the one in the link listed:

I know Steiner was selling those balls autographed by Lastings Milledge but there sold out.

I met this guy at a Musial signing. He has a lot of HOFers on those black baseballs.

I've seen a few of them I believe they are made only for autograph purposes or as a collectible. They aren't to be used in games. Didn't the A's old owner (Finley?) try to get them to use orange ballas at some point in the early 70's. Little before my time, but did they ever use them in official games? If so, have any been sold and what kind of $ did they go for.......
