What Year Did Braves Start COA's?

Does anyone know what year the Braves started issuing Coa's with their game used stuff? I am just getting started with the game used stuff and am on the lookout for stuff from Chipper, Andruw, Maddux, Glavine,Smoltz,Mccann, and Dale Murphy. Are their any items out their with Braves issued COA's from the 90's? Any help is greatly appreciated and if u have any of these items to sell please let me know. Thanks Smallfry121@gmail.com

I do know that the Braves won't accompany a COA with some of their game used items. I have two game used hats from the same year that I purchased from the Braves and the Braves never issued a COA for it or any of the hats they sold at that time. The recipe is basically the COA.
