matt kemp game used uniform

i was looking at the matt kemp game used 09 road uniform on ebay how can i tell if it is a real game used uniform ? it has number 27 size number and year on collar tag sewn in pants has name number size and year on it. but it doesnt have a property of dodgers tag on it. i read on a other thread that road jersey dont have property tags on them is this true or remotely true for 09 year? please let me know what you think. thanks

All 09's I have seen and own have the neck strip only. No property tag.
