Alright, I'm relatively new here so need some help determining whether these ebay bats are legit or not.

The first one is a Grady Sizemore bat. I contacted the seller and ask how it was obtained and he said "my partners sister dates Grady. It is legit. He got it for me."
What do you guys think?

The second is an Ezequiel Carrera game used bat. The seller said, " I use to cater for baseball teams. I would get game used and autographs as part of the payment from doing this." What do you think?
