Need help with NFL QB practice jersey

I was wondering if anyone had any info of the practice jerseys worn by QB's, the red ones. Who was the manufacturer? Was it DeLong? Were these readily available on the market? Any one have any in their collection? Thanks!

Yes sorry! The listing says 2004 but everything that I have seen and tried to photo match has been starter, nike and rebook. All with the NFL shield on the collar.

By 2004 EVERYTHING was Reebok, even the practice gear.

I'd ask to see some paperwork for this one but I'm guessing it's homemade.

Definitely not worn by Favre. Ever. Not a legit pro jersey. Here is a pic of Favre from 2004 training camp sporting his Reebok jersey.

Thanks guys. I asked for a COA but he didnt have one. He attempted to give me the history of the DeLong jerseys amongst practice jerseys. His timeline was off. I figured it was sketchy, especially for that time frame. Thanks for the help!
