eBay Frank Thomas GU bat help

Here is the item in question:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/190564893597

It looks authentic to me (from pics I've viewed on Getty Images) but doesn't come with a COA or LOA. Before I put in an offer I wanted other opinions on the authenticity.

Your expertise is appreciated. Thank you

P.S. An approximate value in today's market would also help

FYI, I purchased this bat from Zane last month, so you would not be making an offer on the bat pictured in the listing. I asked him to end the auction after I bought it, but Zane said he has a similar one for sale so he didn't end it or update the pics.

Zane has nice items but IMO his prices are crazy high. Usually about 200-300 higher on modern guys then he should be. I was interested in his Nomar bat, but given that its $700, you would think Nomar was still winning batting titles.

In my experience he works with buyers on prices and comes down to market value. Not sure if his strategy of listing bats with very high BIN prices helps or hurts sales. Agreed, he has nice items, but usually his prices make me not even want to inquire about a bat.
