..have already let seller know-that is not a Giambi BP.This style with the yellow underarm gussets was introduced in 2003 and replaced in 2006 with the BP's with yellow "side panels",all while Giambi was in NY.

It is definitely not a Giambi BP jersey as it is the new, full button down style jersey that the A's started wearing in 2011. It is possible that it was worn by Josh Willingham but it is more than likely a minor league jersey.

If it helps, Willingham usually wears a size 50 and that one is a 48

I'm going to put in a guess of it being a 2006 Jay Payton jersey. Matches the timeframe and the size I've seen him wear.

FWIW, the seller has not revised his description.
BTW, the gusseted jerseys were used in 2006...the colorful side panels first appeared in 2007.
