I just emailed the seller and waiting for a response the flame tempered is a dead give away. his story received at spring training is nice as well

Please tell us specifically what makes this a bogus item. Are all flame tempered bats retail bats?

Yes from my experience plus I bought the idnetical bat with no use of course at Dicks Sporting Goods in 02-03 to send in to have AROD sign I have since sold the bat but it was identical

Thanks for getting back to me before i sold it my partner put the wrong bat on it should have been the black Louisville bat i am removing it right now this bat was included in all the bats and jerseys i purchased from the Texas Rangers with thier letter. Tony

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY YOU SHOULD EMAIL THE SELLER AND GIVE THEM 24 HOURS TO RESPOND BEFORE POSTING ON THE FORUM
BY YOU CALLING HIM INTO QUESTION BEFORE KNOWING THE ANSWERS, YOU JUMPED THE GUN. THIS APPEARS TO BE AN HONEST MISTAKE AND BY YOU SAYING THINGS LIKE "his story received at spring training is nice as well" YOU WERE BASICALLY CALLING HIM A LIAR.

THAT IS A VIOLATION OF FORUM RULES. PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE RULES BEFORE MAKING ANOTHER POST.
