    A private Russian jet carrying a top hockey team slammed into a riverbank moments after takeoff Wednesday, killing 43 people, including the team's Canadian coach, in one of the worst plane crashes ever involving a sports team.

    There were lists of those killed in a terrible plane crash near Yaroslavl, which occurred during the day on September 7.

          Driving a car in Los Angeles, Peoria, Tacoma or Boca is still far more dangerous than flying in an airplane.

                  A report from Moscow carried by Yahoo Sports has stated that a probe has determined that pilot error was the cause ofthe crash. The report says that the pilot activated the wheel brakes during takeoff.
